Why companies moving out of california?

The main reason California businesses leave is the economy, plain and simple. California is too expensive, too regulated and taxed too much, both for companies and for the workers they hire. These companies are expected to move to states with lower costs, fewer regulations, lower taxes and a better quality of life for their workers, where families pay much less for a home. In addition, when high-tech companies move out of their headquarters, innovation centers move with it.

Other business experts warn that this is only due to the increase in population, one that is declining, and that the largest companies with hundreds or thousands of employees are those that move, with new companies or the many fewer companies that move to California generally employ far fewer people.
